We are committed to providing your child with a safe place to learn and explore. As a camper at Virtual Camp Arena Stage, your child will be using Zoom to access instruction. Zoom links will be changed on a weekly basis and sent to the parent/guardian email addresses that you entered above. We will also record all classes to the Zoom Cloud for further safety purposes.

Participants must follow rules and guidelines shared by Camp Arena Stage staff and instructors.

I give permission for my child to access Zoom in order to participate in Virtual Camp Arena Stage. I give permission for my child to use the hardware and software on at home technology to participate in Virtual Camp Arena Stage.

In joining this virtual camp program, participants will need to use their webcams. Morning camp ends at 12:30 p.m. and afternoon camp ends at 5:00 p.m. Campers will not be asked to remain visible on the webcam outside camp hours.

I understand that my child’s instructor may make class materials available on Google Drive (or a similar platform) and request my child to upload their work for review or to compile into final group pieces.

I promise that I or another responsible adult will be present in the room or within calling distance while my child is participating in Virtual Camp Arena Stage activities.

I have provided my or another responsible adult’s email address for Virtual Camp Arena Stage to use in sending Zoom links or other confidential communication. I promise that I will not forward, post or otherwise publish this confidential information.

I give permission for my child’s image and artwork to be used as positive examples of work created at Virtual Camp Arena Stage in future materials such as brochures, the Arena Stage website and other applications. My child will not be identified by name without my permission.

I understand participants may not share the work of others that is created at Camp Arena Stage on any other platforms without the permission of the user. (For instance, do not share someone else’s videos/comments without their permission). Participants may not personally record sessions.

I will discuss proper online conduct with my child. No hate speech, discrimination, or bullying (including cyberbullying) is allowed in Camp Arena Stage programming, video chats, or communications of any kind. Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content. Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. Some cyberbullying crosses the line into unlawful or criminal behavior. Bullying of any kind, including cyberbullying, may result in expulsion from camp with no refund provided.

Camp Arena Stage assumes no liability for injury or damages arising from the result of participation in its classes, workshops, camps or programs unless due to gross negligence or willful fault on the part of Camp Arena Stage. I hereby approve my child's participation in Virtual Camp Arena Stage. To the best of my knowledge, there are no physical or other conditions that may interfere with my child's participation that I have not already disclosed.
