Can’t make your scheduled date? Enjoy the flexibility to reschedule to another date with ease. Contact us up to 2 hours before your curtain time to exchange into a different performance of the same production for free. Charges apply only if you exchange into a more expensive performance or seat.
Accidentally miss your show? We understand that sometimes life throws us a curve ball, but don’t worry. Contact us to get seats in a new performance date for only $10.

Important Info
No Fixed Seating
FLEX pass holders will not have fixed seats across a season. Previous seasonal seats from past subscriptions will not roll over. FLEX pass holder seats will be assigned as passes are redeemed for tickets.
Seating Priority
Seating is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed until your pass is redeemed for a ticket. Please advise the Sales Office of any accessibility needs or other accommodation requests during redemption.
No Rollover Passes
All passes must be redeemed during the 2024/25 Season. They are not transferable and cannot be rolled over to future seasons. Any unused passes will be turned into a tax-deductible donation at the closer of the 2024/25 Season.
