His work as creative director for Phish's New Year's Eve extravaganzas and designer for Blue Man Group have been seen by millions, and the Illusionarium he created for Norwegian Cruise Line was a pioneer in immersive entertainment. How To Play With Your Food: Surreal Meals for Small Humans
Do you get frustrated by your kids refusing to eat? This workshop will show you simple but unexpected ways to present meals, snacks, and desserts with wit and charm that entice even the ficklest little diner. This is not a cooking class! It’s my “creative dad” approach to presenting the same food you already serve in amusing new ways. It’s a great way to get kids to eat healthy foods (they won’t notice or care what you make as long as the dining experience is fun).
You provide the food (David can send you a shopping list or you can plan a menu together in advance), and David will mail you a box of creative tools and supplies. Then you'll prepare food together in a fun kitchen arts and crafts session.
Requires no actual artistic or culinary talent, just imagination.
