Arena Stage’s social media properties are vital communication channels that connect us with our community. We use them to actively listen and engage online, and welcome comments, feedback, or questions about our work. We approach social media in the spirit of transparency, courtesy, and respect, and ask you do the same. To that end, we reserve the right to remove any commentary that consists of personal attacks, threats, discriminatory language, harassment, explicit content, off-topic remarks or promotional material/spam. Questions of a customer service nature will be routed to the appropriate party within Arena Stage, and will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and sooner if needed.
